Certification

I am a trained Spiritual Director from the Haden Institute, and I am currently working on a second certification in Dream Work. I am also a certified SoulCollage® facilitator.

Background

I have a background in education, but my most defining moments have come from navigating the regular ups and downs of ordinary life. I have been a mother of three and understand those joys and struggles intimately. My spouse was in ministry for over twenty years, and I also have an insider’s perspective on the challenges and stresses of this profession.  

I have personally experienced the life-changing ways that an investment in one’s own inner work can have. It can be challenging to capture what authentic soul work looks like, but I believe we are all worthy of living a life of self compassion and allowing our souls to flourish.

My goal for any type of inner works is to help people listen well to their souls, honor the sacredness of this beautiful life, and grow into the people they are meant to be. I am very passionate about this work because I believe every person should have the opportunity to discover their inner creative being and find meaning in their life.

My Life

I live on a ranch in Fairfield, Texas with my husband, our three children, and two Australian Shepards. I love books, Pilates, being in nature, nights around a fire-pit gazing at the stars, and spending time in the mountains.
